Foot Skills Clinic I

Foot Skills I Sessions will focus on numerous tricks, turns and moves to help build a players confidence with the ball and focus on proper form and fundamentals. Each session will be one hour long and is only $10 per session. Sessions will be offered on the following dates:

Advanced Foot Skills Clinics

Advanced Foot Skills Sessions focus on improving a players skills by learning more difficult level moves, ball mastery, 1v1 drills, dribbling and shooting. Each session will be one hour long and is only $10 per session. Sessions will be offered on the following dates:

Frederick Futsal League Session 2 - Foot Skills Training Clinics

Monocacy Valley Church • 9861 Old National Pike • Ijamsville, MD 21754

We will continue to offer more Foot Skills sessions. To minimize the numbers and provide a better service to the players we will offer Foot Skills Clinics that are more age specific. We will offer sessions for U10 players and sessions for U12 and U14 players on the following dates. The sessions will be drop in sessions and a $5 per session fee per player will be charged to cover the gym rental.

These sessions provide some basic foot skills that each player will build additional skills from. By providing repetition these moves will begin to occur automatically. The more touches on the ball a player gets the more confidence they will gain.
